Our guarantee is simple – we want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any Dominant product, the product can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for either a replacement product, credit or a refund of the product price (exclusive of shipping costs).
For products that are deemed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we will replace the provide or provide a full refund at no cost to you. Please report any damaged deliveries to Dominant within 2 working days of receipt of your order for us to replace your damaged product promptly.

Important Delivery Information
We deliver by road courier throughout the whole of Australia. Delivery is made to the address specified when placing your order. Any special delivery instructions must be also specified. Special delivery arrangements and charges may apply for delivery to remote areas.
Delivery cannot be made to Post Office Box addresses.
If you are not at home when your delivery is made the courier will leave an attempted delivery slip in your letter box, with a phone number to call to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Alternatively, you may wish to specify an authority to leave if you are not home at the time of placing your order.
When ordering from a Dominant Consultant, please arrange a convenient time for delivery with that person.
