Our Guarantee

Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will be happy to either replace them with another product of your choice, or refund your money within 60 days from your order.

Important Delivery Information

If you order directly from Dominant, we will deliver to the address specified at the time of placing your order. We deliver by road courier throughout the whole of Australia.

Deliveries cannot be made to Australia Post boxes.

If you are not at home when your delivery is made the courier will leave an attempted delivery slip in your letter box indicating a phone number for you to call to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.

You may wish to specify an authority to leave if you are not home at the time of placing your order.

  • If you order from a Dominant consultant please arrange a convenient time for delivery of your products with that person.

Delivery Timeframes

In most instances, order will be dispatched 2-3 business days after receipt of the order.

> ACT – 4-6 business days
> TAS – 4-6 business days
> NT – 6-8 business days

Delivery Charges

$10.95 including GST

Remote areas may incur an additional delivery charge.

Damaged Products

Please report any damaged deliveries to Dominant within 2 working days of receipt of your order for us to replace your damaged product promptly.


Product must be returned to within 60 days of order date.

  • If you purchased direct from Dominant please return to Dominant.
  • If you purchased from a Dominant consultant please return to that person.

In either case, we are happy to issue a replacement product or credit, the choice is yours.
